New article published in Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics
Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics published our new publication titled Single-shot spatial-resolved optical emission spectroscopy of argon and titanium species within the spoke. The paper contributes to a better understanding of the ionization zones, also known as spokes, in high power impulse magnetron sputtering discharge. The spokes are studied by the optical emission spectroscopy, and thanks to the spatial resolution, the paper allowed insight into the inner properties of the spoke.
