PVD Laboratory

Tereza Schmidtova successfully defended his Development and study of hybrid PVD-PECVD process Ph.D. thesis with a flawless presentation in front of the committee on Tuesday (January 18th, 2022) and became the Dr. of Plasma Physics finishing the doctoral studies on Masaryk University. Her pioneering work followed several students and the exact hybrid process was subsequently transferred into industrial applications.
